GoogleMy property has been let and managed by John Alexander for the past 5 years, and has now been sold by the sales department. I have had excellent service from Amber, Debbie and Holly, who have responded professionally to my changing requirements over this time. I would highly recommend their service on both sides of the business.

GoogleThis a review for Debbie Wyatt. You could not want for a better Sales Progressor! The lead-up to exchange on our sale was incredibly prolonged, and stressful, but Debbie was there every step of the way. Debbie went over and above to deal with each issue as it arose, chasing other agents in the chain to expedite matters and making sure everyone kept on track and kept the final goal in mind. I could not have got through this process without her. John Alexander are lucky to have you Debbie. Thank-you for all your efforts and support.

GoogleI have purchased a property through John Alexander with the help of Amber Whymark. Amber was very knowledgable about the property I purchased and knew the area extremely well. I found her to be very professional in her approach and I felt very comfortable in her company, she advised me on the rent ability of the property and any improvements she recommended I should do which I implemented and then asked Amber to advertise the property once I had ownership. Amber was there for the whole process for any questions that I had. I would certainly use John Alexander again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful estate agent. After trying to sell my house 2 times before with other agents, John alexander found me a client in 48hrs after being on the market. The follow up was second to none and all the team reassured me by keeping me updated until completion. If you want to sell your home in or around Tiptree, I would recommend John alexander with my eyes closed. Well done to all the team, keep up the good work.

GoogleHaving just purchased a property through John Alexander I would highly recommend them. Our main contact was Amber , our purchase was quite 'challenging 'at times and Amber was always a pleasure to deal with. She liaised with our solicitor and really went the extra mile to help us, it took almost 6 months but she got us there in the end!! Thank you Amber 🙂🙂
