GoogleCalled to arrange a viewing and spent quite a while on the phone as they took down an excessive amount of information and tried to sell unwanted services to me. They never confirmed the viewing or called me back. When I called them they were completely unapologetic. This is why online estate agents are growing in popularity.

GoogleWe used John Alexander to sell our house and we was extremely happy with the service they provided. They was always on hand to do viewings if we wasn’t in and we found them to be very helpful.
