Ellie was of great help! Although i had to change my plans of not coming to the UK anymore, Ellie helped me search for the right apartment that meets my budget and criterias. Was a shame that i couldn't check out the apartments myself but it looks cleaner that other property agents. The only frustrating moment for me was trying to contact Jackson and Co and i had to try everything just to get someone to send me a reply, but overall definitely a 5 star service. Thanks Ellie!

I’ve rented from Jackson’s a few times over the last few years as a student and each experience has been just as smooth as the last. Definitely the kindest and most welcoming lettings agents I’ve rented from in the UK :) Ellie has been especially helpful over the last few years and has made finding/renting flats really easy and stress free. She’s knowledgeable and always responsive, answers all my questions clearly, and always discusses my options with me so that I know what works best for me. Definitely recommend, I’m always confident and satisfied with the services, especially as a student. Ellie and everyone at Jackson’s are experienced with working with students (including international ones) as their office is near the uni so they are very good at recommending properties and options that are suitable for students.

This office is seriously ran by incompetent people that absolutely do not know how to do their job. There is so much I could say about our awful experience. If you are brave enough to decide to rent through them, expect your home to have several issues which are conveniently concealed at first sight, to deal with unresponded emails, to having to phone them up countless times for updates only to find out that nothing is being done, and even to file a court claim against the landlord for issues that the agents themselves have created. It seems as though they lack basic communication skills, with both their tenants and their contractors. On top of their appalling service and unwillingness to help, they will also make sure to breach the tenancy agreement by not reimbursing you for purchases you had to make to fix issues in the property, since the landlord and themselves failed to get them sorted in a timely manner. This appliance was ultimately installed by a contractor THEY SENT, although they claim the contractor did not have permission to carry out works. Why should your tenants be penalised for your incompetence in getting simple and clear instructions delegated to a contractor?

We found a property to let and Jackson & Co were quick to take us to view the property and were super speedy at responding to getting it taken off market etc.; there were a couple times where we were not sure when we were moving in/what was happening with the tenancy agreement, but otherwise someone generally would always came back to us. Unfortunately, it didn't work out with the property as we went back to view it for a second time and the landlord had not sorted the issues we raised upon the first viewing, however Matt Rogers (the lettings negotiator) was perfectly understanding, accommodating and quick to get in touch with us following the viewing. It is a shame that the property did not work out, however, Matt was lovely, and we wish him the best in his career at Jackson & Co!

Working with Ellie from Jackson and Co. has been an absolute pleasure. Everything was professionally done in a friendly, reliable manner - from arranging the viewings to the contract signing. What makes her stand out is that she was always reachable and swift in responses, even after the contractual obligations were met. She was a guiding star for someone like me, who is entirely new to the country and real estate system. She always had multiple solutions to any roadblock presented, signalling solid expertise. I can assume that she is great for the landlord and tenant equally with the communication she facilitates between both parties. She comes highly recommended!

They ask you to review after you'ved moved in to inflate their terrible score. As soon as you sign that contract you will never have a pleasureable experience again. Jackson & Co is a scam company looking to take money out of axious students pockets who don't want to fight back. Its a despicable business practice as they target international students since it would be harder for them to fight and complain. I couldn't recommend these scammers any less.
