My daughter rents through hunters and has for some year , their repairs support is appalling she has waited since before Christmas for repairs plus the latest repair is really bad mould in her 13 year old sons bedroom myself and daughter have been in repeatedly and to date these are still outstanding absolutely disgraceful would love someone to contact me personally to discuss these matters

Would even put this into minus stars if I could. The most awful company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very good in getting you in at first however soon as they have their commission from you they don’t care about you. To start we had to push back as we had agreed a move in date paid for moving van. Kye who was our wonderful (not) estate agent thought it was acceptable to give us a call at 16:00 the day before to say we can’t move in this date. Extractor fan was broke in the property was promised this will be fixed at the start of our tenancy. They decided to send someone to fix this in our last 2 weeks of our agreement. The state of the flat when we moved in was beyond a joke grime on the kitchen top bathroom smelt disgusting was dirty. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the flat had been built. Marks all over the walls and blinds. We’re not trying to be overcharged for a cleaning service when the flat was left in 10 times better condition it was left in. Horrible company who don’t care about you after they have their commission. Also abysmal customer service constantly have to chase them for things

I enquired about a flat for sale and arranged a viewing. As I would be travelling a distance the first question I asked was regarding pets. The agent said that he would get back to me . Two days later on the afternoon after 4pm I received notification of the forthcoming appointment which was confirmed. I hastily then booked a train ticket only having travelled around 4 hours just pulling up before the train station the agents called to say that pets weren’t allowed. I registered a complaint and am still awaiting a response. The cost of my train ticket was over £100.

GoogleHad bad experiences with estate agents in the past. Rented a place with these back in 2022 and the way we were treated made me think, these guys are a cut above (had welcome gifts etc which we had never received in a rental place). Anyway fast forward 2 years we have purchased our house with them and felt they always had our best interest at heart throughout the process, and got the feeling they tried to look after the vendor of the property too. 2 Elliots and Marcus, thank you, will definitely use again.

GoogleHave only just listed with Harris and Wood but so far we have been really pleased with the service. We selected them as we liked how they marketed properties and for the quality of their photographs, which appear much more professional than other agents. Elliot, who undertook the initial valuation and viewing was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Following the meeting he was quick to set everything up for our listing and arrange for James the photographer to visit. James the photographer was great - he is clearly very talented and has excellent attention to detail. The quality of his photographs really brought the best out of our listing. He was also super quick at getting them edited so the listing could go live too, which we were really pleased with. The only reason we've not given them a higher rating is that our listing has only just gone live so the sale / completion process has not taken place.

I can't recommend them highly enough, from the valuers and photographers through to the Fantastic Emily who followed up on the chains, everyone was friendly and professional. The team communicated with us and followed up all queries and requests in a speedy manner. Emily really went the extra mile to get things done, chasing solicitors up and down the chain to keep things moving. Would not recommend this estate agents to anyone, they're unprofessional, Some of the staff are quite rude. Not proactive, they take agesss to reply to whatsapp messages which resulted in losing viewers. They also lied- told me the photographer was on the way 3 times (i chased as he didn't turn up) to which the branch manager turned up 30/40mins later.

Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.
