TrustpilotJust shocked at how I have been treated...
Quite possibly the worst estate agents I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Took them 3 weeks to acknowledge that I was looking to rent, then after 2 viewings they didn't even tell me the landlord had decided to not rent the flats anymore. To add insult to injury they didn't even cross sell to show me other properties they have. I would like to say I am shocked but I am not. I will never use them ever... EVER!

I had a viewing in windmill road gillingham on saturday I was early for my appointment and greeted by sandra. I have had lots of viewings with other estate agents recently but sandra was def the best. Her professionalism was amazing she was very honest which is rare for most estate agents :) and she knew everything about each room before we stepped in it. Sandra's knowledge of the area was great regarding parking near by facilities. Clearly she did her research before the viewing. I feel she is a real credit to the company and everybody should learn from her how to conduct a viewing in a professional way. She should be the face of customer experience for the whole industry not just hunters. I understand this is a sales environment and results won't always reflect how good or valuable a person is but hunters def should invest in this one for long term as the old saying goes people buy from people. Thank you so much Sandra :)

Extremely disappointed with this firm, wanted to purchase a property and have waited a year for a viewing to be told it's now got a offer. A year ago offered a cash purchase and was given two appointments for viewings on the property both cancelled and the property taken off then relisted 6 months later asked for another viewing numerous times to be ignored and fobbed off. Finally after months for another viewing appointment to be cancelled again and told it's sold. It's been a year completely unprofessional, long time a year to be on the market especially when it could of sold a year ago. Would not recommend very slow at getting back in touch. Poor communication Extremely poor

GoogleI had been to many property viewings and had become accustomed to the zombie like stance of the agent lurking in the background, only speaking when spoken to, answering only the question asked. The viewing with Megan of Harris and wood was a more personable experience. She was friendly and very welcoming. She took her time to show me around, even opening kitchen cabinets! I commented on this, cos this was important to me. She helped to facilitate our move, which was seamless, without any hiccups and dealt with queries promptly and professionally. She is definitely a credit to the business. Our hearts are truly grateful.

One of the girls working at the Lichfield branch, Nikita Barker, shared information about me that she obtained through work with my ex-boyfriend that I wouldn’t have wanted him knowing. Luckily I found out about this and complained to the branch manager, Chloe Warner, and explained why this could have put me in danger. I wanted this flagging and Nikita to be educated as I didn’t want anything similar happening in the future. However after apparently looking into it, Chloe advised that because Nikita hadn’t breached GDPR they were closing the matter. She wasn’t even going to investigate it in the first place, stating that Nikita shouldn’t have had access to the information I advised she had, she only looked into it because I had screenshots proving that she must have done. I didn’t even get an apology or a promise that they would ensure nothing similar happened again. Very disappointing, be very careful with the information you trust this branch with. I really hope someone else within the company sees this and provides training that is very clearly needed

Especially Marcus and Amy the last 12 days was very hectic but we got there and finalised in the end again thanks I would highly recommend Harris and Wood also James for his photography he did an amazing job.

They are very lazy with their work and don't try as much compared to other firms we've interacted with. They made multiple basic spelling mistakes in the detailing of certain properties, such as 'life support' instead of 'lift support' and somehow misspelling 'appliances'. They also have poor communications between potential tenants and letting people, telling us 15 minutes AFTER the designated time that the tenants would not be coming, even though the arrival was booked a week in advance.

If you ever need them pretty much they are very slack in responding to emails or phone calls. We moved out of our house on 2nd July and have only got our deposit back today (16 days later) this is with no disputes. Basically if they want something they will be quick to act, if you require something they'll fob you off, and they're taking over yorkshire by the sounds of it.

I would give zero it i could. In disrepair for two years. Dont know were to start. Electics, mould, guttering, blocked toilets, firealarms. Dog poo on the floor when moving in. Overgrown ivy on the walls etc etc. im begging you dont rent from them. Fail to attend apointments etc

GoogleI have had a bad experience with a previous estate agent, so I went into the viewing of a house with low expectations if I am honest. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. Alfie was the person I met at the property and he was very polite, upfront and professional, and also a sense of humour (not too serious or up his own) was a breath of fresh air to be honest. Marcus was another I spoke with who was also straight with me from the get go. Can i just mention it was only 3 days from viewing to being accepted to solicitors involved (Really fast) Very professional team all around and they really do get things rolling really quickly. I have been updated every step of the way (Yes in only 3 days) They care about their clients. I would also like to highly recommend Eva the mortgage broker for Harris and Wood. My previous broker messed me up left, right and centre (P%!s take actually). Eva not only got me a shorter term on a mortgage application, it was lower rates too!!!!!!! Amazing team all around. Be straight up and honest with them and you will reap the benefits. I am more impressed with this team than I am with the estate agent I used for the sale of my property. Says a lot. Thank you all!!
