I had the misfortune of being a shared ownership property seller which made the whole sales process very challenging. Luckily for me I had a great team supporting me through this. As my main point of contact, Mark Shynn really steered the sale and was very good at managing me through it too. He kept me informed, was always honest and trustworthy and is an absolute credit to Haart. A special mention also to Hannah Baker who was a great deputy when Mark wasn't about. First class service and great value for money. Thank you :-)

As a first time buyer, it has been great to have the support and guidance from Haart first time buyers. Ben Herbert recommended a property to us that we would not have considered and we ended up falling in love with it. He made the offer and buying process simple and easy to manage, which is very handy when me and my partner work full time. We have easy contact when needed and know no question is too small. Very glad we chose Haart first time buying centre.

The team at the 1st time buyer centre are second to none, my property is on a multi agent contract currently with 2 other agents in the area and the service i recieve from haart is second to none, i had been on the market with one of the other agents for a week when ben herbert contacted me and said he had noticed i had already dropped my property price, this immediatly got my attention and highlighted to me that he was clearly very closely watching the market, so we had a chat and after 5mins it was his knowledge, honesty and no pressure approach that made me go multi agent (which is something i hadnt considered before) and get them on board, i havent regretted it since. the customer service ben and the team have given us has been fantastic and it feels like they have been with us every step of the way i would highly reccommend using haart to anyone Thanks

The Sales representatives have fantastic local knowledge, are well in touch with the ever shifting market and line up appropriate buyers for your sale. Additionally once you have a buyer, the move management team are a pleasure to liaise with and ensure everything is clear and easy every step of the way.

I am letting through Haart right now and have several issues in house. I was mis sold this house by telling me that there is a plan for redecoration. And now the last thing is , they don't even reply to emails when I query on issues or ask when the fixes would be done. This is the case when they have an approved budget from the landlady.My advice - Pay money to them only if you want your agent to vanish as soon as you report an issue.
