FacebookWe were warned by previous tenants about this agency, and unfortunately, our experience confirmed their concerns. Haart lost our one month's notice, forcing us to pay for an extra month out of our deposit. It's now been nearly three weeks, and the remaining balance of our deposit still hasn’t been returned. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

This is the first property that I had sold in this area and chose Haart having never used any local agents previously. The sole factor for this decision was based on their track record, having sold a multiple of properties in the estate over the past 5 years that I occupied the property.
Mark Shynn was exemplary throughout.
He was able to manage the sale so that it was seamless, in what appeared to be challenging circumstances (COVID-19). He provided regular updates regarding material changes whilst always ensuring that there was a warm line of communication. Even during lockdown he was able to maintain momentum.
Would certainly recommend and do business again.
