The selling process is always a difficult experience so we wanted an estate agency that was pro-active with its sellers and buyers. We looked at online reviews of the local estate agencies and found that haart came out very favourably. Our experience with the team has always been a positive one from when the property first went on the market to its sale. We were very impressed that Patrick had the details of the property online on various websites the same night after taking the photographs. All my queries with Patrick were always answered promptly and directly, either by a telephone call or email. We have had regular feedback from the team regarding viewers which was very helpful. Jake was usually the one who spoke to me about viewers and showed them around. We have found him to be very polite, helpful, friendly and punctual. Leslie took on the efficient role of finalising the sale of the property; we were very impressed that he communicated with us at times that were outside normal office hours! We would definitely recommend haart to others.

Just wanted to provide some feedback for Georgie who kindly showed my partner and I around a number properties. Georgie was polite, friendly and very down to earth. What made Georgie stand out from other estate agents I have seen is that she was not trying to ‘hard sell’ me a property. The property I viewed had a number of defects and when my parter and I would point them out to each other In a discussion George was quite happy to stand back and let us discuss freely. Too many estate agents concentrate on a sale and immediate counter any negative comments about a property with some irrelevant fact. Good work Georgie for staying down to earth and making the viewings a pleasurable experience.

We had a valuation conducted by Dale on the same day as we phoned for an appointment so we were very grateful and lucky that he made time for us! I commissioned Haart to sell our property in August 2018 it took under 5 weeks to sell. I cannot stress enough how professional, tenacious, helpful, communicative the Colchester Branch is. Patrick is a superstar! His expertise clearly shines through in every way from keeping you informed every step of the way, supporting us and at the same time being straight with us. His negotiating skills are second to none. Also Jake and Dale were very pleasant and very helpful at all times and were important key players when trying to sell our property. I have used Haart in the past and for my recent sale returned to them and I was not disappointed. Please, if you are looking to sell your house use Haart as they are proactive, they communicate, and they get the job done! Excellent company.

So after 11 long months we finely sold our flat using the Haart first time buyer Center, (and believe me the joke is in the name) the Haart corporation have opened these Center's to try and cash in on the fact that there is a massive crisis in people unable to get there first step on the property ladder and they claim that they fill these Center's with "experts" in there field, that could not be further than the truth, my property is the absolute perfect example of the kind of property that a first time buyer could afford, a one bedroom flat being part owned by the housing association it takes the strain of needing a large deposit, and the Haart first time buyer Center made a absolute disaster of it from start to finish, I won't bore people with the specifics but it became very apparent very quickly that they didn't have a clue how to sell these propertys, and that clearly is shown in the fact that it has taken us 11 months to complete, my advice to anyone in colchester thinking of using them please think twice you will thank me later, and if there is anyone reading this that owns a colne housing property and is thinking of selling up and get a phone call from anyone at Haart saying "hi I've been instructed to sell your property" YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE THEM, there are plenty of estate agents in colchester that have the same if not more knowledge and would give you a more personalised service!!!!!!!! ,

As a first time buyer, I have been very pleased with the help and advice I've received from the centre, and in particular, from Benjamin Herbert. Ben showed me a couple of properties and was very pleasant, polite and friendly. Importantly, he was honest if he didn't know the answers to my questions and followed up with an email to provide the information. Whenever we've interacted, he's given genuine, sound advice - he hasn't been your average, pushy estate agent at all! Dealing with Ben was a refreshing change to dealing with other estate agents, which made me feel comfortable to put in an offer.

Benjamin approached me after I had my house for sale for several months with another estate agent. During that period we had a few viewings but not much feedback and I was considering removing my property from the market. Benjamin was very enthusiastic and positive about finding a suitable buyer for our property. Dealt with Hannah at FTB Haart, Colchester whilst searching for a property after she organised a viewing at a property on Haarts books that I had requested. That property, upon viewing, wasn't right for me but Hannah took the time to discuss what worked and what didn't.
