GoogleI have known Andrew for many years and when I needed to rent my property his assistance was invaluable. All was made clear and transparent and Andrew has sourced a superb tenant for me; professional family of four! I never hear from the tenants and all is taken care of in a very professional manner by Andy and his team. Thank you once again for all your help!

Within just a few days of me contacting he had advised us on what we would need to do the property to make it desirable for the market. Andrew kept me informed throughout the process and found us a tenant within a week of putting it on the market. Great overall service so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThey invited people into my house without asking first or even telling the landlady which ended up with them accidentally walking in on my roommate having a shower. They also tried to charge me for a cleaning service when the room was left in pristine condition. Thank god I have bought a property now and never have to deal with companies like this again. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
