GoogleExcellent services provided by Andrew and Victoria! We rented the house while we were still overseas and new to the area. Andrew and Victoria offered us all information we needed. They always respond timely and address our questions in detail. Victoria also provides us all necessary advice smoothing our moving process (e.g., Council registration, energy, water, etc.). This is truly helpful to those who are new to the community. I will certainly recommend Greenwood to anyone looking for a place to live in this city!

GoogleI highly recommend Greenwood Property Consultants to anyone moving to Colchester. I was looking to move there with my partner and my little child and we have found an lovely place in a really nice location, managed by Greenwood PC. The whole process was really smooth and in a few days our let was agreed. Unlike other competitor agencies we had spoken to, Luke and Andrew have always been really friendly and very helpful, going above and beyond to help with any queries we had about living in Colchester. Thanks!
