They respond promptly, answered all my questions and helped facilitate an easy transition for me. Property is very clean and landlord is helpful when needed. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThe best real estate company we have ever seen in Colchester, UK. Because of our identity, we encountered lots of difficulties. Other agents are impolite and we felt they were unwilling to do the business, but not Andrew! He is super professional. We never mentioned our background and he already knew. He even gave us a Room tour while other agents just let us see the room and used their phone. Becca also replies instantly and quite helpful. Even after the transaction, they are still willing to help. I’m grateful that we have them as our real estate agents.

GoogleExcellency on customer service After trying other agencies, we were a little disappointed with the costumer service that was provide to us, but on the day that I call to arrange a view for our first property together, I become extremely satisfied with the courtesy and politeness that Andrew talk with me and with the wisdom of a good and experiente agente that he is. After seeing the property we knew this was the one! Beyond that, everything went as smooth as silk . Andrew and Kenny toke care of all , with a lot of paciente with us and our busy jobs.
