I could not recommend Greenwood’s estate agents enough! Andrew has been amazing and so supportive with some hurdles and challenges that I have been faced with and he has literally dropped everything to do what he can to help me and advise me on what to do regarding some issues I’ve had regarding another estate agent. I will 100% be switching over to Greenwood’s once it is possible for them to rent out my property. Each phone call I have had with Andrew and the team has been nothing but professional and helpful - nothing is too much to ask of them - super professional, efficient and reliable!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Greenwood Property Consultants Hubby and I would like to appreciate Andrew Greenwood for his professionalism during our purchase from their agent. He is very honest and also easy to deal with. This is our first time of using this agent but they did not let us down. Andrew calls us regularly to make sure everything is going well with our purchase. We are so impressed with him we introduced another buyer to him within a month of dealing with him. It's not difficult to know a good person, Andrew proved to be one. Thank you Andrew 😊 Also thank you for the keys ring 💍 😆 Mr and Mrs Adeniran

I have just moved in to my new home with the assistance of Andrew at Greenwood property consultants. What a professional and efficient service Andrew and his team provides. I cannot recommend them enough. The paperwork process was easy, as it was mostly online. Changing the names on the utility bills was also handled by the Greenwood, taking the stress away from me and allowing me to concentrate on the move. All I had to do was pick up the keys and move in! Thank you Andrew and team. 5 starsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Greenwood have very recently become my letting agents after being with the landlord directly for over 11 years. Luke has been brilliant. Going over and above to help me feel reassured after a very stressful time for myself and my family. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues have been resolved quickly. Luke is always available to help , and I know I can call at any time if I need to. I would recommend Greenwood PC to any tenants in the area !PositiveProfessionalism

I contacted Greenwood about a flat they advertised. Straight away on the phone Andrew was friendly and professional, booked me in for a viewing the next day. The viewing went very well and Andrew turned out to be even more friendly in person, needless to say, I live in that flat now. He has been incredibly helpful, kind and extremely quick with the whole process. I had the best experience, thank you so much! I highly recommend this agency, it's been just so smooth and effortless.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We would have no hesitation recommending Andrew & his team at Greenwood Property Consultants. Andrew goes the extra mile, being available throughout the Easter bank holiday & following weekends. Andrew took the time to respond to all queries thoroughly, very proactive without being pushy. Always professional and both Andrew & Jamie are genuinely nice guys to deal with.
