GoogleGreenwood Property Services were engaged to sell one of my rental properties. I was really pleased with the photographs and the description listed on their “ For Sale” website. I was even more pleased with the speed in which the property was sold. The property had a serious buyer within 36 hours of listing ( probably even sooner than that). When that buyer pulled out of the sale due to a change in their circumstances, another buyer was immediately introduced who subsequently went onto complete on the sale thereafter. Throughout the whole process, Andrew and his team were readily available, helpful and, above all wholly professional. Well done and thank you to everyone at the office.

GoogleBrilliant throughout, with a clear communication on what the next steps will be. I had the pleasure of being able to have a virtual walk through of the property with all rooms clearly layed out on a floor plan and able to independently measure out room sections without being there ( great bit of tech which I believe is a must have for any property agency). Only wish other agencies followed the same high standards as Greenwood
Lovely review, thanks Rigers

GoogleGreenwood Property Consultants Hubby and I would like to appreciate Andrew Greenwood for his professionalism during our purchase from their agent. He is very honest and also easy to deal with. This is our first time of using this agent but they did not let us down. Andrew calls us regularly to make sure everything is going well with our purchase. We are so impressed with him we introduced another buyer to him within a month of dealing with him. It's not difficult to know a good person, Andrew proved to be one. Thank you Andrew 😊 Also thank you for the keys ring 💍 😆 Mr and Mrs Adeniran

GoogleAndy and the team were a breath of fresh air, i moved to Greenwood Property Consultants after a very lack-lustre service from a well known agent in Colchester. Communication was prompt and clear and updated me on every milestone. Andy went the extra mile with buyer negotiations and organising numerous viewings and surveys to take the sale through to completion. Thank you all at Greenwood Property Consultants for a job well done!
