YellWhat a star Kelsey is! Made the process slightly less stressful!
Everyone we dealt with at Fenn Wright were extremely professional the sales process was great and Kelsey on the sales progression team was fantastic! She was the only person in the whole house moving process that we felt was really trying to get things moving along for us. Thank you for putting up with all the phone calls and emails Kelsey!

TrustpilotAgents hard work to help
Kept informed of the progress of the chain regularly. Helped and understood what needed to be done. Wasn't even my house agent but done what ever she could to assist and explain. Top rating only because of Kirsty King's hard work! Big assest to this company.

Well done to the team at Fenn-Wright Colchester for an excellent sales experience .My particular property was not an easy sell for lot’s of reasons but the idea of a sales progress person, LAURA SMITH in my case was great as she kept me informed in a very professional manner and kept my buyer and myself fully informed throughout the process, many thanks,RG

Fenn Wright have been helpful and efficient from that start! A special thank you to Kirsty for her helpfulness throughout our house purchase

Yellamazing service
our purchase through another estate agent did not go smoothly at all . The contrast with Fenn wright was incredible. Kirsty gave us regular updates and kept in close touch when we were concerned that the chain would fall apart. She was always happy to answer our questions, no matter how silly they were. I can think of no way in which she could have been more helpful. Thank you.

YellExcellent service
Jonathan Perry at Fenn Wright has, with great support from his colleagues, provided a brilliant service from the very first meeting through to completion. He has been a good and realistic adviser through a very difficult Covid-affected market. He has taken account of our hopes and preferences when we were unsure how to deal with offers that came in. We would wholeheartedly recommend him and his firm.

TrustpilotGreat service
Hannah Potter dealt with our sale and she was extremely professional and polite at all times. It was, at times, a frustrating sale but she never appeared to let this get to her. Unlike me! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

YellSale of property
Fenn Wright managed the sale of our property efficiently and professionally. James provided expert advice about how best to approach the sale. The marketing was great and we sold after only being on the market for a few days. Kirsty provided a consistent point of contact throughout the rest of the process, keeping us updated and liaising with the chain. We would not hesitate to recommend Fenn Wright.

YellA very supportive group.
I TAKE IT ALL BACK! There are some good Estate agents. Fenn Wright have been very sportive, from the valuation of my property with swift replies to calls or emails with advice when needed. Good contact with Estate agents and solicitors on sales and purchase.. All the staff I dealt with were very polite and extremely pleasant.
