GoogleThey sold a bungalow for us and the service and experience was poor. Communication was very rare and chaotic and by the end i was dealing directly with the solicitors to avoid further delays.

I can't recommend Fenn Wright enough. Kirsty King from start to finish has been great. Friendly, approachable and great at communicating. She has kept me updated regularly with what's going on. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure on the process or how most things worked and she explained it and no question was ever a silly question. Thank you so much again.

Having to sell a property several hundred miles away that you have never been to (following a bereavement) is not easy. Fenn Wright secured multiple viewings very quickly, they were good communicators (no matter which staff member contacted us) and they were most helpful checking the empty property, taking photographs, providing house clearance contacts and holding the keys etc. Would recommend.

I can only endorse the 1* reviews. Their commercial surveyor has repeatedly failed to reply to emails, phone calls, voice messages, texts. We finally had to go elsewhere. No more Fenn Wright for us!
