GoogleThey've been very responsive organising a view very quickly. However they left us outside the office waiting for the keys for 3hrs without reassuring that the situation was under control.
Dear Giulio, Thank you for your review, which I wanted to respond to and address the issue you raised as we aim to please and so wish to address any dissatisfaction caused to our clients. Unfortunately the delay was caused by the seller's solicitors not being able to confirm that the funds had been received for a number of hours and, until this has happened, we could not release the keys. Added to this also, the impending deadline for the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday increased significantly the workload of solicitors making it more of a challenge to receive timely updates. GoogleHaving worked for many clients of Boydens by cleaning the carpets in a property after a letting I have never heard of or had a problems reported to me and as far as I know all deposits had been returned without question.

Dear Mark thank you for your comment. I have pulled your file and note that you have agreed to the annual rent increases by signing the tenancy agreement. The rent review clause is noted as below in your agreement: Rent Review 9.2.1 It is agreed that the rent as defined in this Agreement will be reviewed in an upwards only fashion on the anniversary of this Tenancy and upon each subsequent anniversary in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) increases for the previous 12 months and subject to a minimum of 3% and a maximum of 7.5%.
