After hearing my requirements, I was offered a viewing at an apartment that was coming onto the market in a couple weeks time. It was perfect. Been happy here for months. The team was brilliantly helpful.

GoogleThe most unprofessional pathetic company I have ever rented a property from. Had to get environmental health out: left us without heating and hot water pressure for almost two months! Nothing but bullies and thinks it’s acceptable to leave my family including a two year old in these conditions. Stay clear and go with somebody else.

Condescending Rude people. After their "sales rep" talking over me twice, I asked the to stop doing that. The response "if you are going to shout at me"... I wasnt shouting, I was merely calling out their terrible tone. They are uite happy to talk to you like an fool, but if you complain they get all indignant and place the victim. Don't use them.

They are the worst company I’ve ever experienced! We are currently tenants in a property they manage. We’ve been here 4 years and up until recently they never responded to things we reported I.e a wasp infestation in our house and our boiler breaking. They have been better lately I’ll give them that. However the reason for one star is that they recently let themselves into our home for an inspection that we knew nothing about. They claim they sent us an email but we’ve searched for it and can’t find it. It’s illegal and completely unethical for them to do this but they don’t care, the lady we are in contact with regarding the situation just keeps saying it’s our fault that we didn’t receive the email.
