Hi Klaudia, It is disappointing to note your recent one star review given the level of service the Colchester office provided when assisting you with your purchase. The team will do everything within their power to ensure a sale goes through smoothly and in this instance, went the extra mile to accommodate you as the transaction progressed. Whilst I appreciate there was an issue with belongings left behind post completion, the office still took ownership when in fact responsibility was not theirs.
