I signed a contract with Beresfords Shenfield to sell my home in Autumn 2023 (along with with my joint homeowner wife). The sale was then delayed because my wife developed health problems that required hospitalisation. Over the proceeding year - I found Beresfords to be uncaring, unsupportive and uncommunicative, in helping us progress our house sale. After having my complaints dismissed by the Beresfords regional director, I am now making a formal complaint to the Ombudsman and would not recommend using this uncaring Estate Agent.
