I have nothing but praise for Karen and her Team at Beresfords. They stepped in at very short notice to help me out of a problem I was having and gave me very sound advice. What is also very impressive is that they said it was a nice property and had the property let within 24 hours. They adopted a highly professional attitude towards their roles. I was particularly impressed, being at a distance, with the fact they went the extra mile on a number of things to help me and the team performed exactly as was described to me in the initial meeting. They kept me informed of the progress of each stage and also gave me a great deal of confidence about what they were doing and why. What really impressed me is how Karen meticulously inspected the property at the outset and provided an honest and realistic market appraisal along with the issues associated with renting. Of all the agencies who visited, Beresfords was the only one to advise getting an EPC done. In addition, Beresfords also checked all the landlord documentation very meticulously which really impressed me a great deal. I would certainly recommend them.

What this hotel advertise the rooms are nothing like the photos, it’s more like a hostel with rooms not decorated since the 80’s. Mould in the shower the view is nothing like advertised. No plug sockets but lamps placed in the room for decoration not use! The bookings.com website of what is advertised is 100% false and bookings.com won’t take any responsibility or refund. And still advertising it as a hotel that is not what we got, no refund or apology given. I suffer with Aniexty and was told to confront the receptionist, when you book you should get what is advertised. Avoid this hotel
