I would recommend Central Housing any day, for steady rent and well looked after property

I appreciate the services Central Housing Provides for me. In the last 11 years I have left my property in the hands of Central Housing and been OK that it was well looked after, so I didn't need to run around looking for someone to do repairs, or even remember when certain services were required and the safety checks are always up to date for the flat. I am comfortable my rent will come in on time and would recommend Central Housing, especially to those that don't have the time to oversee their business all the time. i believe the bonus is, I also don't have to look for tenants and even know whether I have tenants or not. I believe the services and fee's are fair.

As our job involves much travelling, there is no way that we could have managed the problems that have arisen with the properties without your team doing almost all the organizing. There has never been an occasion where a problem has not been resolved, and we do appreciate both your teams’ efforts in keeping us informed yet allowing us the choose what is the best solution for our property. Although you do charge more than the average company, your rents are fair, and the level of service that you provide justifies that increased cost. In addition the guaranteed income more than offsets the additional expense, as we now have no void periods to worry about. In conclusion, we would have no hesitation in recommending your company, and in fact have done so.

Fantastic service and prompt rent payment every single month

The Central Housing Group have been managing my property for over 10 years and the service I have received from them has been excellent. It's hassle free which is just what you need from a letting agent. If I ever need repairs doing they are quick and reasonably priced and I receive my rent on time every single month. One of my residential properties has been successfully let with Central Housing Group (CHG) for about 19 months and I can honestly say they are a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with property management agents – especially if you are looking for a fully managed, hassle free service. Firstly the team at CHG helped renovate the property to a good standard, organizing many different contractors from Window fitters to Electricians - all at competitive prices and in quick timescales so the property could be let as quickly as possible. Once the property was ready, CHG let the property almost immediately through their guaranteed rent scheme and have since provided a comprehensive property maintenance service. They have conducted regular property inspections and provided good practical feedback every time. Any minor repairs have been handled efficiently at competitive prices. It feels like the team at CHG look after the property like it is their own - providing stress free property management which is exactly what I need since I live nearly100 miles away.
