GoogleThis company does not care about anybody but their own tenants to make money. We have been living for over 6 months in total stress and unable to sleep all night due to this business putting persons with SERIOUS mental health issues into our lovely quiet residential block. We all work in this block and the tenants is terrorising us. We have repeatedly contacted central housing group but they do not care at all. The tenant terrorising is also asking to leave but they simply don’t want to do it as they will end up with an empty property for a short time. We work early hours to late evenings and it’s impossible to sleep for over 6 months. We will be taking this further legally as this company does not care.

GoogleI have been letting out my properties through Central Housing since its inception , and have to say that I have always been impressed by their integrity, honesty and professionalism. They pay a fair rent and promptly too. I have not had to worry about the upkeep or repairs/maintenance for many years, and the directors are very approachable if issues arise. I have dealings with two key designated staff, Helga and Jo who are efficient and courteous and always on hand to sort out issues. I recommend them highly to anyone contemplating renting their house or property "hassle-free".

I find all their staff and directors very professional, and they inspect all properties on a monthly basis, which helps to nip any problems in the bub. They seem to have very little turnover in staff, which makes dealing with them a pleasure, even if it’s to authorise repairs.!!! If I had to choose 3 words to describe Central Housing Group, they would be Integrity, Experience and Efficiency.

The management team in the office is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in both assisting to keep my properties maintained and ensuring that I meet my obligations as a landlord.
