GoogleAs a fellow professional (solicitor) I know that the people at Central Housing Group really know their stuff. This is a tricky market for the unwary or new landlord. Using Central Housing Group's guaranteed rent scheme seems to me to give the reassurance landlords need so that they can get on with their own business, safe in the knowledge that their property is being carefully looked after for them.
