Central Housing Group manged my property in North London from the moment I purchased it in 2003 and ensured that it was kept in excellent condition for over 11 years that it was managed by them. I have on occassion recommended the services of Central Housing Group to friends and I will do it again without hesitation for the following reasons: In 11 years, there was not a single instance of late payment. In 11 years, there was no damage to my property. In 11 years, I did not have to meet with a single tenant. In 11 years, Central Housing Group have been a joy to work with.

I recently used Central Housing Group Ltd and I have to say that I was extremely happy with the level of service I received. Firstly the initial appraisal of my property was done in a professional manner. The guaranteed rent amount agreed matched my expectations and the whole process was stress free. My property has now been rented for over 6 months and the payments are prompt and the service staff are always thorough whenever I need to speak to them. Central Housing Group have managed a flat I own for several years. I have found their service to be excellent as a landlord. Their fees are clear and any maintenance costs incurred are fair. All invoices are provided without asking and I don't have to touch the property at all, so it's a complete hands off service. I highly recommend their service if you are a landlord tired of dealing with day to day property management yourself.
