Romesh I would like to personally thank you for your personal guidance and professional advice during the recent purchase of a property. I had heard about your Rent Guarantee Scheme and how it helps landlords with their cash flow and peace of mind, but was initially apprehensive. I needn’t have been, especially when working the Central Housing Group who were extremely helpful. I now have a property that is rented out through yourselves with a regular rent being paid on time every month and do not have to worry about chasing tenants or checking on the property. You and your team do this all for us. In addition, should the property ever be empty, I do not lose out on income as this is still paid to us by the Central Housing Group! All in all an excellent service and one I would recommend to any Landlord looking to maximise their return on investment and enjoy a hassle and worry free property rental. Thanks once again.

Just renewed my contract again with Central Housing Group for my flat, they have really surpassed all my expectations as a letting agent. Central Housing has had my flat since 2005 and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Everything they do is professional and has made letting my flat not only fruitful financially but enjoyable as well! I am a retired property developer and Civil Servant now living abroad. I have been working with Central Housing for well over 15 years and I now have my entire portfolio with them. The staff are exceptional in their efficiency, courtesy and their expertise in all maters associated with the management of my properties ranging from finding tenants, dealing with management problems and taking intelligent, responsible action for all housing-related matters in my absence. They go over and above their job remit to assist. Many agents will deploy expensive remedial works, not visit your property regularly, pass on petty and negligent tenant-related issues without site visits and will leave you in messy legal situations when they have failed to act accordingly on your behalf. This is not so with Central Housing. They treat every small detail of their management with exceptional care and consideration on behalf of the landlord, treating your property as if it is actually their personal problem 👌🏽 Central Housing can be thoroughly recommended. The service they provide is over and above the quality that has been provided by all other agents that I have used in my 30 years or renting out property now. I only wish that I had found them sooner.

Great hassle free service

I have a rental property with Central Housing for well over a decade now and am going to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it's the most hassle free and peace of mind way to rent the property. There is a fantastic team in the background, managing the property and looking after the condition of the property, and they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which are generally more cost effective than going private. Whilst the rent received may be a little below market rates, once you have saved your monthly agents commission, the cost of having the property sitting empty at odd periods and all the other time and effort spent on preparing new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs etc. it's quite simply a no-brainer. Well done Romesh, Jo, Maria and all for providing a great hassle free rental service.

I have been using Central Housing Group to let out my properties for well over 10 years. As a Landlord you do receive slightly less rent than what is considered to be the full market rental value of your property, BUT Rom and his team have provided me with a fully comprehensive and professional service that has taken all of the stress out of managing property / dealing with tenants, allowing me to get on with my day time job. The services provided includes all of the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as doing inspections and responding to all repair and maintenance issues. As a landlord you have to factor in ongoing costs eg maintenance / repairs. In my experience, the team of contractors at Rom's disposal have always been able to provide quick, efficient and cost effective works, whilst they have arranged all of the access requirements too. CHG still gives you the choice should you want to use your own contractor. If you have a property that you want to rent out, and still want to enjoy any spare time that you may have, then I would thoroughly recommend CHG and the services that they provide.

I met Romesh, the co-founder of Central Housing Group over 12 ago when I first decided to rent my property. From the day we surveyed the house, I knew my property would be in good hands. I have been using the Central Housing Group for over 12 years now and the service that I have received is amazing and consistently professional. My property has been kept in excellent condition and I frequently receive updates and photos of the property. When repairs are needed, Central Housing would get in touch promptly and provide advice on how to move forward and offer their trusted maintenance contacts. So far, most of the people I have used have done an excellent job and the work has been very cost effective and payments from the Group is always prompt. Every couple of years the property is redecorated and is maintained to a high standard. Throughout the years I have also frequently been in contact with Joanna, who continues to deliver prompt feedback with all of the necessary details if a problem ever arises.
