GooglePush you towards using an expensive national EPC company, find local cheaper. Did not contact me at all from May completion in August. Did sell within a week but then did I get value for money? Couple of grand spent. Final nail in the coffin, new owners popped some mail into the office to pass it on and Grisedales refused to take it in for us to collect. Not a considerate or helpful company, look someplace else.

It’s great that we were able to achieve an above asking price sale within a week. Our in-house sales progression system means that we are constantly reviewing the progress of all sales during the conveyancing period to ensure they reach completion. We take onboard your feedback regarding communication during this period and are currently developing an online portal which will update our clients when we progress their sale and allow them to track conveyancing milestones 24/7. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issue surrounding post. The new owner sought to contact you directly rather than leave the mail with us. Because of data protection regulations we weren’t able to facilitate this on the day without gaining your permission. Our EPC package is an opt-in service that is provided by both a local and national company for our sellers’ convenience. Our clients are not restricted to using our partner companies. FacebookWe have beed working with Destiny and Susan in the Cockermouth office. I have to say, Destiny was charm and professionalism personified and kept me up to date at all times - which is vital when selling aproperty that is 300 miles away from home. We were referred to Susan, once an offer had come in, and Suan really is something else. She has worked tirelessly under the most difficult of circumstances. She has pulled in contacts in the surveying and building world, kept our 'chain' on track against all of the odds and has been utterly amazing in pushing the whole deal over the line. We completed this week but I am convinced that if anyone other than Susan had been faced with the dificulties that we have had, they would have given up long ago. So, in all honesty, with Destiny and Susan I can honestly say that you are in the safest and most persevering hands. Thank you to all at Grisdales, Cockermouth.
