It’s great that we were able to achieve an above asking price sale within a week. Our in-house sales progression system means that we are constantly reviewing the progress of all sales during the conveyancing period to ensure they reach completion. We take onboard your feedback regarding communication during this period and are currently developing an online portal which will update our clients when we progress their sale and allow them to track conveyancing milestones 24/7. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issue surrounding post. The new owner sought to contact you directly rather than leave the mail with us. Because of data protection regulations we weren’t able to facilitate this on the day without gaining your permission. Our EPC package is an opt-in service that is provided by both a local and national company for our sellers’ convenience. Our clients are not restricted to using our partner companies.
