FacebookWorst agents ever dealt with! After 4 phone calls, two emails and even going into the office to arrange a viewing they never got back to me! I would AVOID if planning on using them, if they can't get back to you about a simple viewing what are they going to be like later on down the line!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

GoogleI have been dealing mainly with Matthew Samples and to a lesser degree Jack Pollock. I contacted Martin & Co to sell a house for us that was had been a rental property for a number of years, and many miles from where we live. They were the first agents to actually return my calls and their service has been excellent, Matthew Samples had given me his personal mobile number and nothing was too much trouble. When one of the prospective buyers mentioned there were cracks in the plaster, Jack very kindly went to the property and took photographs and within the space of a couple of hours sent them to us so we could assess the way forwards. Matthew then went and got local quotes and nothing was too much trouble. Even after a sale was agreed, due to COVID, the buyers solicitor wasnt answering our solicitors calls, so Matthew got involved and within a short space of time the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Martin & Co and if we had another house to sell in the area i wouldnt hesitate to use them. I would recommend this company 100%

GoogleI have been dealing with Martin & Co for the last few weeks. My journey first started when enquiring about a property for sale. My first point of contact was with Jack, very personable but professional and highly efficient. Followed by a viewing with Matt and Jack, again personable but professional and very informative. The follow on process has been excellent to date, to the point of using their services regarding rental opportunities. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

GoogleAsked when they were going to tidy up the outside of property on King Richards Hill Whitwick. Letting property that tenants left at Easter. It as rubbish in the garden, and behind garage and at front. Garden's also needs sorting out. We are waiting for this to happen still, having been told by owners it would be done some time ago. Concerned about what's in rubbish, will this attract vermin, it needs sorting before there are problems! Please sort asp Thank you.

GoogleMartin & Co Coalville have managed our rental properties for nearly 5 years now. We have always found them to be most professional and diligent in all aspects from finding suitable tenants right through to their departure from the property. Our primary contacts, Georgina and Kasia are courteous, efficient and responsive, dealing with and issues or requests that we may have in a timely and helpful fashion. Overall, a great, competitive service which we highly recommend.

Google1 star is generous. Non existent complaints procedure, caught out lying and not interested in helping. Happy to renew a tenancy and disregard several complaints from adjacent tenants. The stress due to the consistent noise nuisance has lead to a close family member being referred to the hospital and wearing an ECG monitor at home. Her blood pressure is also sky high and the situation is making her ill, we are worried sick after moving from the area. We've got everything documented including police incident numbers and have contacted the council again. Believe me we'll make you famous if the worst happens.

GoogleMoving into my new home was stress free, speedy and straightforward thanks to the lovely Ashleigh and Georgina at Martin & Co. I have never rented a property before but everything was fully explained and nothing was too much trouble for these kind, professional ladies, either on the phone or in their office. Was very impressed with aftercare services as well, plumber came round to help me understand the boiler and it's reassuring to know they are only a phone csll away if a problem arises in the future

View AgentsSold our house and then rented back for couple of months until new house ready, at point of sale and start of tenatcy no inventory was carried out, upon moving out martin and co then atarted charging us for work and cleaning that was due to instances before sale and hence nothing to do with tenactcy. Poor communication between both us and with their client (landlord), and even between fifferent people within their branch. In my opion very poor do not use

FacebookMatt at Martin & Co was brilliant! He filled us with confidence on his abilities and processes from the initial valuation and he didn't let us down. He kept us well informed throughout the sale of our property and really helped keep things moving by chasing Solicitors etc whenever he thought things needed a nudge. I'd say we'd definitely use him again but my husband says we're never moving again so I'll just have to recommend him to everyone instead!

FacebookI would very much like to tell you of the wonderful service and dedication we received upon selling our house recently! Matt came along took some wonderful pics , found loads of buyers , reassured us along the way towards our sale of the house and we succesfully sold it a few months along. Previous to this we had had some BAD experiences with other estate agents who never kept any promises and NEVER sold the house for us! I rcommend very highly using Martin and Co for selling your property !!

GoogleVery poor experience with Martin and co called on three separate occasions and spoke to multiple members of staff and explained my needs and the house I was interested in. I was told they would speak to the landlord and let me know needles too say they didn’t even return my call. If I was a landlord and paying this agent too rent my property I would not be impressed. Very poor performance would not recommend
