Firstly, they gave me an honest valuation, followed up by quickly locating a buyer and also dealing efficiently with any potential setbacks that arose, particularly whilst I was on holiday abroad. These things combined meant a stress free move and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house in the area.

GoogleWe recently went for a viewing on a property which was for sale with Martin & Co., Jack did the viewing and I have to say he was absolutely brilliant, pleasant, polite, and professional. We didn't feel rushed or pressured it was such a relaxed experience. Matthew and Jack are brilliant and go the extra mile to make everything run smoothly.

They have kept me well informed and promptly dealt with maintenance and tenant issues which provides me with peace of mind. I would confidently recommend them.

FacebookAfter poor experiences with other local estate agents I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from Matt at Martin & co Coalville. I purchased a property with minimal drama and straightforward communication with the seller via Matt, which lead to swift completion. I'm pretty sure both myself and the seller came away feeling like we both got a fair deal which is great.

FacebookMy daughter’s thermostat has melted whilst shopping. Flat smells. Potential fire. Out of office is on annual leave no way of contacting emergency response or the landlord !!! I am not allowing her to stay it’s not safe. Appalled
