I rented a property through Martin and Co and throughout the process of applying and throughout the tenancy, Georgina was very helpful. Always responded to maintenance issues as and when they occurred and any questions I had. Excellent service - Thankyou.

View AgentsSold our house and then rented back for couple of months until new house ready, at point of sale and start of tenatcy no inventory was carried out, upon moving out martin and co then atarted charging us for work and cleaning that was due to instances before sale and hence nothing to do with tenactcy. Poor communication between both us and with their client (landlord), and even between fifferent people within their branch. In my opion very poor do not use
