GoogleThis company takes deposits then refuses to give it back when a move falls through. Don't give this company any money as a deposit or down payment. Absolutely ripping people off

GoogleShocking service, tried to book a viewing had a mortgage on the table and rang to confirm left messages and had no call back. Rang again today to be told the property had been sold. Communication is rubbish and staff disinterested.

He was always very friendly and approachable, and would always make the time for us whether it was face to face or through a phone call. His advice throughout the buying process made it less stressful, especially being first time buyers.

GoogleCalled into the branch to discuss a matter on one of their properties they have for sale, the lady I spoke to totally misreported our conversation to other parties when there was no need to do so, dishonesty is not a quality I value although Frank Innes appears to do so.
