GoogleThey have clause in the small print on the back of their contract which means that way after you think the contract has expired and months after they stop advertising for you if someone walks in off the street they can still claim a fee. They said the contract was for months but in fact it is for years. During the complaint this office even misled Countrywide who are their owners. I would never use this agent again even if they were free. Check the small print but better still use an agent without dodgy wording in their terms.
