Started in March putting my mothers house up for sale . From the begining had lots of enquiries , the buyer after 4 months pulled out , Skye and the team kept me fully informed , put it straight back on the market , same happened again 4 months , then Skye and manager Mike said why not go to auction . I've used this branch several times for my properties,however the manager who used to deal with them has moved on. Whilst there was no manager there Lovely Beth managed the rentals side. I have just let a flat through Frank Innes Coalville and the process could not have been smoother. I looked at the property on Monday, Tuesday submitted my documents and by Wednesday all was approved and moving in date arranged. They also have a brilliant tool to help you remember all the utilities you have to set up. Service was so efficiente, friendly and easy like I never experienced with any other estate agent. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Frank Innes Estate Agency My experience with Frank Innes Estate Agency in Coalville has been a complete disaster. After trusting them with my father's flat, they assured us of reliable tenants and steady rent. However, since September, we haven't received a single payment, and their handling of the situation has been shockingly unprofessional. They didn't take pictures before tenants in, no meter readings nothing!!! The staff's incompetence in ensuring timely rent collection has not only shattered our trust but has cost us thousands of pounds i need to take them to the court recenlty paid £1K for solicitor. I strongly caution anyone considering their services; the consequences of relying on Frank Innes have been financially devastating. This agency lacks the necessary competence and dedication, making them an unreliable choice for property management.

AVOID I had hoped for a smooth and professional sale process with Frank Innes Coalville, but my experience fell short of expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the property was listed as “sold” before the buyer had been fully verified, which caused confusion and delays. Despite eventually progressing, the handling of updates and paperwork created unnecessary stress. I dealt with Nicola Walker who helped me get a rental. She was really lovely to deal with. When I couldn’t make the original viewing date she called me back and managed to get me another one booked - which I wasn’t expecting. It was quite a stressful time for me having relocated 600 miles but Nicola made the whole process so easy for me.
