Worse customer service I ever received in a long time, lack of care and poor attitude towards customers.ive been there 5 times to sort a reference document for my next applications, never paid late, they cancel on me twice on an inspection wasting my time and pay day money. The lady responsible had absolutely no idea when the lease started and was super rude and told the tenant isn't a client, because I don't pay for the service. What world are we living? Wondering who pays the landlord?

They are very good at taking your money. Then they are slow and not put any effort to help, spent 8 months before they finally called the landlords about a hot water issue although they were lying to us (telling us they were talking to the landlords) They'll do their best to wiggle their way out of refunding the deposit even though they have to as stated in the contract. All around terrible, avoid renting with them at all cost.

Extremely poor experience with this letting agency. Communication re an issue was rude and unprofessional which subsequently resulted in us to moving out of the property, please see details below. The property was advertised with 'ample' parking. Upon consulting with our letting agent Patrick to clarify how many this meant he assured us at the viewing that there is parking for 3 cars. This was a big factor for us. We moved in. A few weeks later one of the cars was clamped, upon trying to deal with this issue I was told that there is only parking for two cars. This was two months into our lease. When I stressed that we would have not moved into the property if we knew that was the case, the staff did not provide any help in dealing with the issue and only denied that that we were told that information at the viewing. They merely passed me on to Access to 'sort out' another permit. Access done all they could to help but unfortunately was unable to provide another permit. The ladies at Access explained that this was not the first time misinformation re parking on properties has been spread by Ray Cooke. Of course, this was frustrating for them. While still trying to sort the issue I got clamped again. By now as you can imagine I was out a substantial amount of money. I sought legal advice and was assured that at the viewing with Patrick constituted as a verbal contract. I rang Ray Cooke again in hope of receiving some help with the matter but rather than apologising for the misinformation they continued denied that that was ever said. I escalated the matter, Eimhin said that ample parking in their experience means two not three. Clearly their agents is not aware of this. Niamh I found to be very rude, unhelpful and dismissive, she even went so far as to laugh down the phone. I am sure a company of this charter would record phone calls, I would suggest their senior management to listen to the call. Additionally in the midst of dealing with this matter the girls in the office broke GDPR guidelines by sharing a thread of emails (regarding the issue) that contained personal information of mine with the other tenants. I still do not know why as the issue had nothing to do with them. I kept trying to escalate the matter, issue formal complaints until I was consistently met with no response - ignored essentially. Subsequently we were left with no choice but to move out. Interestingly, when the property was advertised again the word 'ample' with regards to parking was left out of the new listing. As such I would not recommend Ray Cooke, extremely unprofessional - denying false information was given, not responding to phone calls or emails, breach of GDPR the list goes on. Please be wary if you are considering renting from them.

the site is terrible, it always gives an error in any property that I apply, and when one of them works, they don't give any return, they publish it on daft, and to complicate it even more, it sends an automatic email to enter a site that doesn't work as it should , I am very sad about this neglect in the middle of the real estate crisis.

My experience with Raycooks clondalkin was very bad. The agent “Mia Fitzgerald” was not customer friendly. She didn’t return my deposit back. They will charge you for many things when you leave, wont give your hard earned money back. So be careful when you deal with Raycooks.

Would highly recommend Ray Cooke, and Ross McHugh in particular. I found Ross to be extremely courteous and professional. He was able to achieve a sale price for us that was far above our expectations. Very poor customer experience. I've sent hunderds of emails regarding the properties by using their webiste during past two months, not a single reply.
