On my first week in my new home and couldn’t be happier. The team at Ray Cooke made the entire transactions as easy and stress free as possible. From the time of arranging the initial viewing to picking up the keys, communication was excellent at every step. Particular mention goes to Paul Condon who worked tirelessly to get the mortgage paperwork and life insurance over the line, Ross McHugh who managed the transaction from start to finish and Vanessa who was always on hand to keep the admin side of things moving. We engaged Ray Cooke Auctioneers earlier in the year to sell our house in Knocklyon. The initial consultation was carried out in a professional but helpful manner by their Senior Sales Negotiator - Ross McHugh. We agreed a sales plan based on a well worded property description and very good visuals.He also set up a two way communication channel via a Whats App group. This worked very well .Ross clearly has an in depth knowledge of the business and was able to adjust the plan as necessary to deal with any unforeseen issues. After calling a number of estate agents in Jan/Feb I settled on Ray Cooke Auctioneers Clondalkin after speaking with Ross as it was obvious he knew the business, the area and my complex in West Dublin very well. James Droney handled my apartment sale from there and I feel very fortunate to have had him acting on my behalf. Honestly don't know if it is the market or if estate agents are the scourge of the earth pretending to do an actual job but to not even get one response is just unprofessional. The fact that they don't even have an auto reply set up just shows that the Irish real estate landscape has no intention of coming into the 21st century.

I wouldn't know...responded to more than a dozen ads for accommodation to the general email and several queries directed to individual emails...no response. I understand they must be dealing with a large volume of queries however some sort of response would be welcome for individuals desperate for accommodation. I have excellent references, great job and resources and nothing. Not impressed
