GoogleI would have given no stars , unfortunately it wouldn't let me..extremely unprofessional, rude,ignoring phone calls. I wish I had gone with a different realtor, my house went sale agreed in Jan, now June! Meant to close on June 10th, still waiting. Imagine sale agreed since January, is this normal?? June 15th, still hasn't closed! I've now been told that closing is June 29th...I will not be holding my breath. I wonder why it is taking so long to close, who is responsible ?? There are other not so favourable reviews , however, they seem to be bumped down further🤔 Wow..Over 8 months from selling my house and I see that ray Cooke is still getting negative reviews and also with the same estate agent that I had the misfortune to deal with. Thankfully the Estate Agent that I bought my new home from was excellent!! CLOSING DAY TODAY YAY!

He helped us so much in the process, made it very smooth for us and the house was under the renovation so every day he contacted us to keep us update. Conor Clarke never replies to emails or phone calls although he says he will get back. Disgraceful. Called several times yesterday and today left messages all to no avail. Even though I was told I’s get a callback it doesn’t happen. One, only has one’s word, keep itI wouldn’t even rate them as a one. Soooooo bad

I have been dealing with James and the whole thing has been an absolute pleasure I would highly recommend them especially first time renting, James explained everything to me and made sure I am 100% in the loop all the time. From the initial viewing to this day so so helpful can't thank him or the company enough

Tried to contact Patrick every single day since he post the add.severals Emails, calls,left voice message ,went to office the secretary checked and she said the property is gone for his relatives.And he couldn't reply to thousands and thousands of emails . Really??? All country was interested for this property.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the appalling service from this estate agent. The communication was non-existent, and their blatant dishonesty was unacceptable. They consistently misled me throughout the process, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I would advise anyone to avoid dealing with such unprofessional and deceptive agents.

I am UK based and we have been in the middle of a pandemic shortly after the house went up for sale.
