GoogleWe used Ray Cooke for years, renting out our apartment and subsequently selling it. We have alwasys dealt with Ross McHugh who we found to be very efficient, approachable and knowledgeable. He always found lovely tenants for us who we never had any issues with. We would highly recommend him for quick, hassle free renting or selling.

GoogleWe just sold our apartment with Ray Cooke Clondalkin. I have to say we couldn’t of asked for a better service. Ross was dealing with our sale, he is an absolute gentleman. He was extremely professional and went over and beyond for us. The girls in the office are also a pleasure and super helpful.

GoogleMe and the family relocated back to Ireland in July this year and for 2 months we were struggling to find a house to rent We spent nearly 2 months in hotels and hotels like accommodation Once the house I am renting right now was advertised I messaged Mr Bould and explained the predicament we were going through, as we needed a house to live in and an address to kick start our life in Ireland and most importantly so we can get our kids to go to school, he understood the situation and tried to help us ( with other agencies the response was blunt and short; there is a queue ) Now we live in the house, have an address and our kids goes to nearby school We couldn’t have achieved that without the help of James Bould and Ray Cooke

GoogleI wish I could give 0 stars. I was made an offer by Patrick and was told it'll be finalised after August 18th. I messaged about the offer on the 19th - got no response at all. I called a few days later only to find out there are "issues" with my offer and that they'll "get back to me". Haven't heard anything since and it was - is - a very time sensitive issue to me. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

GoogleCalled as a new consumer to just speak to someone to ask some generic questions related to letting and specifically stated to the lady that i am not trying to enquire about properties, as she felt the need to constantly tell me to go online - despite me telling her several times. Do not call this estate agency if you need advice or help, calls are not welcome and of course they are not bothered either because there are enough applicants for all properties.

GoogleMy review keeps getting deleted, i will continue to post. i have posted proof of how they did nothing but try get money out of us. New born baby, they agreed (posted proof of that too) that the sitting room door to the balcony would be fixed before we moved in. I ended up having to move back in with family due to the apartment being so cold. Heating and heaters done nothing. They only bothered with sending "someone out" when i told them i contacted Residential Tenancies Board (RTB). They also stated (again i had posted proof) that the mould issue in the bathroom was due to be fixed. They did nothing but fob us off and every single time tell us lies. So many times we were told "someone is coming out to you" The amount of days i took off work to make sure i was home. 4 times this happened and NO ONE showed up. They lied then stating "they rang the apartment and got no answer". The lack of professionalism is disgusting. They take your money and then don't care about doing their job, refused to give us landlord details to contact him personally as i suspected he was never informed of the issues. I had enough and moved out, They can keep the nearly 2,000 euro deposit as my last months rent. And i can insure i will keep posting the same review to make people aware to stay WELL CLEAR. I will send all the screenshots to whoever wants to see them as when i post them here they get flagged as it names and shames each and every employee.

GoogleAbsolutely dissatisfied with their service!! We were selling our house in a well sought area and they made it very complicated compared to what other estate agents were doing. Given the demand and wait that many families are facing to buy a family home, We wanted to sell our home to a family that would look after our beloved home. Instead they lied to us that it will be a family home and sold it to an overseas investor. I was shocked to find our home listed as rental in Ray Cooke letting at a ridiculous rental price. Since they assured us it was sold as a family home, we even told our neighbours in the estate. I really regret choosing their service and would not be recommending them to any of my friends.

GoogleWe have found the service of the housing agent company very smooth. James, our assigned agent was very approachable and polite at all times. His facilitation skills of the whole renting process greatly contributed to the success. He had the whole process under control and delivered the necessary information to all sides without delay. He genuinly pays attantion to the needs and facilitates that all concerns are addresses. I would highly recommend him to my aquantancies. GoogleHello, My name is Alexandrina and I want to say a big Thanks to the Ray Cooke agency for the services provided, especially a big Thanks to the agent “Jamie Power” who helped us to rent a good apartment, which at the moment is very complicated to find something and who helped and clarified us with all the details and steps of renting a house. I found this agency through the recommendation of an acquaintance and I am convinced that I did not make a wrong choice that i appelated them . Right now, I'm delighted with the responsiveness of the team when I call with a lack of clarity or a problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency and especially the Ray Cooke team.

GoogleIf it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. We began our house hunting the end of last year, we began bidding on a house with Ray Cooke and their online bidding system (which is terrible), we 'won' the bidding and began celebrating after we received an email saying congratulations and the next step was to pay the booking deposit. It was OVER 24 hours later when Jamie decided to let us know the other bidders went to the sellers house and begged for it to be sold to them, which they agreed to. We were heartbroken, it felt very dodgy. Each time we attempted to call, email or contact Jamie he wouldn't reply. I had to contact the Ray Cooke office to try get a hold of him and still, he couldn't be contacted. They clearly don't value their customers. Jamie would 'promise' to email over brochures/information on properties and then never would, they say what you want to hear but don't follow through. After that house fell through, we continued looking for a house, Jamie seemed uninterested in selling us a property, so we turned to Hj Byrne, where we had bid and bought our new house within 2 months. If you're looking for an estate agent that values you as a seller/buyer, is empathetic, reliable and professional then go to Hj Byrne, don't waste your time with Ray Cooke.

GoogleCould not recommend more ! Myself and my partner had been renting with Ray Cooke since 2019. Any issues we had with the property were solved quickly and so easily, the online system used for reporting issues is brilliant. We once had an issue on a Sunday and even then it was resolved that day. All the team are so helpful and great with communication, especially during covid they were amazing and so understanding ! Anyone we have had contact with has been a pleasure to deal with and so professional !
