GoogleBought a house via them recently and they confirmed on e-mail that all hard fixtures like wardrobe, blinds,kitchen appliances will stay as it is but when I got the house , microwave,all blinds,wardrobe,fridge was removed and taken away by the seller....Ray Cooke later said that I should talk to seller via my solicitor...they clearly gave me an excuse that they can not do anything and can not compensate to me for the loss that I made because of Ray Cooke's agent mistake ....they should have done an inspection before closure to ensure that the commitments they had made with the buyer gets fulfilled... Stay away from them

GoogleTHEY WILL NOT ANSWER! I have applied for apartments to Ray Cooke on 100s of occasions and they send the same generic email every time, despite following all their instructions I never heard back. Further, when trying to call to ask for help the agents over the phone were extremely rude and said they didn't have time for me. Clearly they are taking on more listings than their agents can handle and they are managing the properties irresponsibly

GoogleWe used Ray Cooke for years, renting out our apartment and subsequently selling it. We have alwasys dealt with Ross McHugh who we found to be very efficient, approachable and knowledgeable. He always found lovely tenants for us who we never had any issues with. We would highly recommend him for quick, hassle free renting or selling.
