GoogleThey list property with intentions of either not replying or not removing them from websites when the let has been agreed. I can see properties which have been listed for past 2-3 months and have tried reaching them multiple times. Tried calling them regarding the property and I get a standard reply that the property might have been already let(if it has been let then why not remove it from the websites?) or we'll get in touch. Absolutely no regard for people looking forward to rent a place and totally unprofessional.

GoogleUnfortunately I used Ray Cooke Lettings to let a property i have in Clondalkin. Ray Cooke took references at face value but failed to do any checks. When it was too late I requested the references and saw that they were all false. They let the property to a Romanian prostitution ring. Despite the Gardai getting a warrant the tenants are still carrying on their criminal business. 4 months later there has been no rent paid and i can not get my property back.

GoogleHi Ray, 11/10 for Ross McHugh on a job brilliantly done. This was a very difficult and trying sale but Ross's handling of a very tricky process was brilliant, very professional... and very tough when needed. He is without doubt a rising star in his field and I cannot either praise or thank him enough for his skills, very especially his diplomacy. GoogleI have been dealing with Ray Cooke auctioneers since September. They have shown an unparalleled level of ignorance and neglection for their role as a mediator between landlord and tenants. We have dealt with two of their representatives both of them equally as unhelpful. We have no heating or hot water currently and they have ignored our requests for the boiler to be serviced numerous times. I am at my last tether with these people. They have left 7 people freezing with no hot water for the entire Christmas period. These people do not deserve your business.

GoogleUnfortunately, our experience with Ray Cooke is horrible. We have decided to go ahead with them and we accepted their service to manage our property when we are abroad. Firstly, our letting agent didn't bother to get in touch with our tenants to sign the contract (we have to chase her to do that. We ended up that we did most of the job for her). Secondly, we were charged a fee that we were not informed about (we thankfully were refunded that fee after a long debate with another agent). We had to ask for a contract that they signed with the tenants (for few good days they had to find out where is it, initially trying to convince us that they have sent it to us already). Finally, the letting agent never closes our electricity and gas account ( which she promised. As a proof we had sent emails that the agent send to us confirming that she did it already) but they didn't take responsibility for that at all. Maybe they know how the sell the houses but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them as letting company. Total disaster!

GoogleRay Cooke are certainly a good company to deal with if everything goes smoothly, but I am not too happy with their crisis management. It was very difficult to find someone who took our complaints seriously, and Ray Cooke will definitely need to improve their customer communication. It was very confusing that different members of staff were responding to our emails as their roles within the company weren't entirely clear. Besides, Ray Cooke do not forward relevant information to all members of our household but keep contacting individual housemates via email or SMS. When I moved in, I received no information whatsoever that the heating wasn't working and that the fireplace wasn't safe either. A lot of people working for Ray Cooke are very nice, but the overall management was disappointing.

GoogleWorst Experience I've ever been through dealing with an agency, so badly ran. Me and my Daughter are homeless and lost our hap over these cowboys. If your a landlord or Tennant I would avoid these absolute crooks, these are all little kids and they have not a clue. *'Jamie and James * worst letting agent I've dealt with. Avoid this joke of an agency

GoogleI wouldn't rely on them, if you are a prospective tenant. Last month I tried to contact them a dozen times, they never got back to me. I never got a chance to see any of the properties they listed, because they never scheduled any viewing. They even had the cheek to tell me to stop contacting them, because "the properties have been let". They should definitely learn a thing or two about customer service.

Ross handled the sale and was a absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional and helpful, he kept us well informed throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the service we received from Ross, he really went the extra mile for us and we would definitely recommend Ray Cooke Auctioneers to anybody buying or selling property.
