This is our second time dealing with Ross and the advice and friendly manner we received were second to none. We most definitely recommend Ray Cooke, especially if you are looking for an estate agent who goes that extra mile for you. Thank you for all your help on selling our property. Happy Christmas to all at Ray Cooke.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Power as my letting coordinator. When I say he went above and beyond for myself and partner is a understatement. His professional approach and communication with us was second to none. Any information that we required was responded to both promptly and professionally while also making everything easy to understand process wise. Could not recommend him enough!

GoogleNever phone back even though they say they’ll ring you ‘tomorrow’ have to constantly chase them to do anything. Took them 1.5 years to fix the extractor fan in the en suite. 2 years to fix the black mould that had resulted from having no extractor fan. Yet the second the year is up, the rent increases by 4%. Would never rent from this crowd again.
