Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.

Emily Bradley and all the staff did a fantastic job with all thay had to do with the sale of our house. It was a very stressful time but we got there in the end and all the hard work everyone did I would recommend Keenans any time thankyou and especially to Emily with all the chasing around well done guys.

Everyone at the Burnley branch have been so lovely so far, from the first valuation appointment with Louis to the correspondence with the office which has been very friendly and helpful. Selling my house has been very smooth sailing so far. I didn't want to do my own viewings so Jack took control and the house was sold within a week.

Googlewe moved from manchester to blackburn this year and Keenans was our estate agent. I can honestly say they were fantastic. They made things so easy and were so helpful. Our sales progression agent, Helena Howard, was nothing short of outstanding. She repeatedly went our of her way to help us and make what would have been a stressful experience so much easier. I can't recommend Keenans enough :)

Amazing customer service from start to finish! I have viewed quite a few properties with Paula Taylor, she’s very welcoming and friendly and was able to guide me through the whole Keenan’s process of buying my first home. She was knowledgeable about the property and the local area and offered advise when needed. Couldn’t recommend her and Keenan’s enough!

A REAL SUPRISE WHEN COMARED TO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES.MATTHEW ROBINSON LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND POLITE. THE HOUSE WAS SOLD WITHIN 5 DAYS, AND I WAS KEPT INFORMED AT EVERY STAGE-KEENANS NEED A BOLTON OFFICE !
