Usually, they cancel confirmed appointments without notice, telling the property is not available any longer.Do not trust them and check many times online if the property to rent/for sale is still showing - and if it is the same!Avoid this agency

I have looked at a few properties in their portfolio and I have found the staff extremely rude and they speak to you like you are something they stepped in when you want a little longer than an hour to decide whether you are going to part with hundreds of thousands of pounds.

GooglePut in an offer on a house at a price slightly higher than the sale values of other identical houses on the same estate (the others actually had bigger gardens). Received the response "you do know how much it's listed for, don't you?". Not exactly the professional response that I expected.

Terrible agents Was told I’d had three viewings in a week ..... but they didn’t have a key ! When pressed said two hadn’t showed up and one didn’t like it from the outside . Then another supposed viewing ..... no appointment booked So in short not to be trusted
