Keenans have provided a mixed service and overall have been good. I would like to say that 2 members of staff in particular made the experience better and went above and beyond for the sale and purchase of the properties. Both Dean in presales and Emily in aftersales were amazing and restored our faith in Keenans service.

We cannot fault our experience with the Chorley branch of Keenans. Abbie and Nicola have been so professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. They are both so friendly and have been great in answering our many questions and keeping us updated with the sale of our property. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This agency made up stories to me from start to finish. I have logged calls and times and they cannot match their times to my calls.Their stories change from one day to another.Too big to be of any use.They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to calls and sadly are so transparent, even to a 23 year old.

I’ve always had a great experience with Keenan’s on my past 2 property sales. The staff are friendly and we’re entirely understanding of my difficult personal circumstances. Lacie photographed my second property and was wonderfully enthusiastic which put me at ease. Would definitely recommend using Keenan’s in the future to anyone in the Ribble Valley area.

Keenans were the Agents we were buying from so dealt mostly with that team. Not a great start as our initial contact failed to update or repsond on many occasions. Liam then took over and was very professional and actually helped the purchase along.Thanks, need that sold sign picking up from my front garden though!

Just wanted to say I can't believe how professional the team at Keenan's were selling my property in great harwood! The property went on the market on the Friday and was sold by Monday after Sophie arranged the viewings and Faye in progression was unbelievable, never had to chase them they always kept me informed!

They are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.

We have just completed on a house with Keenan’s and cannot fault them at all.The people we dealt with were Ella, Richard, and Sam. They were all very friendly and kept us up to date each step of the way and seemed really happy to help us with everything.
