GoogleOur experience with Ocean was that of a buyer. Our main contact Cleo has been wonderful in helping us throughout the buying process. We’ve had a host of very friendly and accommodating agents too - thank you Talia and Iona, with all our requests for viewings, questions, clarifications, and a whole lot of other things. It has made a very stressful process quite significantly less stressful. It also made us feel secure in the entire process. Very highly recommend.

GoogleI had a bit of a rocky start with my contract and employment check, which caused quite a bit of trouble. However, William Jenkins from Ocean Letting was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. I called a lot and raised numerous questions and issues, and he handled everything with professionalism and patience, we finally were able to resolve all the issues and move forward. It’s always frustrating to encounter problems, but it’s always satisfying to see them resolved!

GoogleSpoke to Amelia regarding letting our flat in Bristol. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency that Amelia found us a suitable tenant at the top end of expected monthly rent. The rest of the team helped organised a quick and efficient move in for the tenant. On this experience I would happily recommend Ocean for lettings

GoogleGreat experience with Ocean with selling our flat in central Bristol. Nicola, our move manager, was just amazing and made the whole process less stressful. She was so efficient, courteous and diligent. She was just the right balance of professional, friendly and empathetic when things got a bit more complicated - she was truly fab! Andrew and Ollie were also involved and were equally responsive. We are very happy with our experience and would gladly use them again.

GoogleExcellent service and clear communication every step of the way. I highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents! James Hogg was especially helpful, he is very professional and on top of things. In particular, when the conveyancing process ran into difficulties, James quickly found a solution and remained responsive and supportive throughout, even after the handover.

The whole team was exceptionally helpful and responsive, particularly Ollie (who showed us round twice) and Andrew (who even helped us check the light fittings by moving lightbulbs around). The move manager, Nicola, was an absolute hero - chasing on our behalf and not letting the date slip. It was really easy to deal with them from start to finish.

GoogleOcean have done it again! After a very positive experience letting my house (bishopston), I decided to sell with them too (Clifton). Andrew and Nicola worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. There were many hiccups along the way (further down the chain) but they never failed to keep us informed, communicate with clarity and calm our anxieties. Excellent customer service, always reachable and very pleasant and professional. Wholeheartedly recommend.
