We’ve been selling all kinds of homes in Bristol for over 30 years. So we know every street, road, drive, lane, terrace, avenue & alley-way in this wonderful city (& beyond). We are unclear why you have chosen to leave a negative star review with no explanation. We have no idea who you are or what service you may have used. It may Sales, Lettings, or our free Mortgage services, we are of course concerned that you may not have received the customer care we would expect and would therefore be grateful if you could contact customercare@oceanhome.co.uk explaining the reasons for this review so that an appropriate Director can investigate and respond personally.

Hi Emily, it is unclear why you would post a negative review over 12 months after using our services, we have tried to contact you directly to ascertain what the issue may be. Our records show that there was a claim made by the landlord of the property let by yourself. This was due to cleaning costs subsequent to you vacating the property, you were made aware of additional cleaning requirements subject to the conditions of you tenancy agreement, the matter was resolved. If you have any further concerns we would be happy to discuss them, please feel free to contact the Clifton lettings office directly, the Manger will be happy to deal with any matters.
