GoogleAs a tenant and renter, CJ Hole has provided the best customer experience and service, that I have had with an estate agents. I would like to give a special mention to our property manager Rafal - who despite being given some tricky issues to sort - has always been well organised, quick to respond and friendly in his manner. We are now unfortunately leaving CJ Hole due to a change of property, but I would encourage prospective landlords and tenants to consider their professional services, I doubt you will be disappointed.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleThe letting team have charge over my two student houses. The whole team has supported me promptly and efficiently through all the twists and turns of this past year; setting up new contracts, keeping checks on certification, and organising contractors to do repair works. Rafal has particular responsibility for the day to day running of the properties. It's good to know that he is there to sort out any problems, especially as he is very good in doing so. Thanks also to Alice and Iliona on the contracts and accounts side of things.

GoogleIf this review was only based on the great service we receive from Rafal, it would be 5 Star. He is our property manager for three student houses and since taking over responsibility for our account things have run very smoothly. Rafal's customer service skills are outstanding, he is very helpful, responsive to the tenants needs and keeps us updated on any events. We've found him to be proactive and knowledgeable, he makes us feel like nothing is too much trouble. He does a great job of balancing the service he gives to us and to the tenants. Having used C J Hole to let our properties since 2017, and after good initial experience of the company, things deteriorated in the property management department with a complete lack of accountability for any issues. We were on the verge of looking for a different letting agent, but Rafal has managed to turn this around. C J Hole are lucky to have such an exemplary employee. Would I recommend this company? Yes, but senior management need to consistently monitor things to ensure that the service offered reflects the fees they charge.

GoogleI rarely leave reviews, but I have to say that CJ Hole were incredibly helpful and made the rental process and moving stress free. In particular, Emma Jenkins who dealt with my tenancy was exemplary in her approach to detail, and her manner and customer service was absolutely on point - warm, congenial, professional and above all kind. Could not reccomend more.

Firstly i was given a notice of works which i would be party to, 24 hours before exchange and completion that is costing me nearly £1k. Then on completion i was handed one set of keys and now shown the apartment, i.e. where any meters are situated, i.e. electric, stop cock for water in the apartment, where the door entry system fob position was. The agent had done no checks, the apartment was filthy, and keys were missing. So just what do you do for your money. Crap service.
