Quite an average estate agent. Got the job done but made minimum effort and never sought to exceed expectations. No proactive communications, though responded promptly when asked.

We were dealt with professionally from the start, a realistic sale price was set and achieved quickly. Rachel progressed everything rapidly, was happy to advise both sides on progress and to chase dilatory solicitors etc in our absence overseas. Excellent service that gives estate agents a good name. Overall I had a very positive experience dealing with CJ Hole. The whole process was kept moving by the dedication of Rachel Smith who chased both solicitors on a number of occasions. The moving in pack was a nice touch and much appreciated.
