GoogleDisappointed with CJ Hole's newly established Clifton Office. Staff displayed profound misunderstanding of the neighbourhood culture of Clifton Village. Unprofessional approach to landlord's requests with a failure to provide the correct paperwork.

GoogleCJ Hole are a completely unprofessional and inept company. Throughout my tenancy at flat 21 in the platform, they have provided an awful service. Throughout the tenancy they would not reply for days when I had issues that needed solving, while also displaying a complete disregard for my safety by failing to fix the locks on broken exterior doors. However the worst has come since I have moved out. At the start of this month I was emailed about deductions from my deposit. Upon attempting to dispute the deductions, instead of helping me come to a resolution, CJ Hole have decided to ignore me for almost two weeks. This is completely unprofessional and reflects the terrible service I have received throughout my tenancy.
