Katie personifies, care, intuition, professionalism and pride in the way she conducts herself. I believe that William H Brown have working for them the very best in all they could wish for. GoogleRecently secured a property for my in-laws who were returning from overseas and had the pleasure of dealing with Olly. He was by far the friendliest and most professional member of staff in the branch and worked extremely hard to ensure all went as smoothly as possible and kept us up to date every step of the way. Olly is a real asset to William H Brown, the management team should feel extremely lucky to have him as part of their team.

The staff are always polite and courteous, going that extra mile to make sure your experience is not a massive trauma. You end up coming to to the realisation that, unless they are all amazing and talented actors, they must genuinely care to be bothered to try again. I give them 10/10

GoogleBoth Oliver and Tom in the lettings department have gone above and beyond anything that could be in expected to both get my family in the property we wanted and also ensure any issues were dealt with promptly. I cannot recommend renting through these guys and William H Brown enough. They are an absolute credit to the company and the industry as a whole.

GoogleThe customer service from Oli and Tom was amazing fri the day I picked up the phone e to enquire until the day I moved in! They kept in contact and always did their best with any questions or problems. I also recieved a beautiful welcome pack with information and goodies which was a really nice touch 😊 Very happy.

GoogleI have heard of top-notch customer friendly experiences but really got to experience it with Olly and Tom at Williams H Brown. These agents had our best interest at heart and in less than two weeks helped out with a really lovely apartment for my husband, baby and I. GoogleThe worst letting agent I have ever rented through. Communication between them is pretty non existent as is there communication with tenant. Everything is such hard work with them. I Would highly recommend that you DO NOT use them as your letting agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleMe and partner went to William H brown because my old landlord was selling our house and we needed to move and Tommy found us a really nice house I fell in love with it the minute I went inside and 2weeks later we moved in. Tommy was so help full and understanding he done everything he could he bent over backwards and I thank you so much from Emma James and little TJ. TJ now has so much room to run around in and to grow up thank you so much tommy x

At every hurdle from the very first, we were assured there would be a way to overcome the difficulty, and our faith (sorry for the pun!) has been restored.
