Me and partner went to William H brown because my old landlord was selling our house and we needed to move and Tommy found us a really nice house I fell in love with it the minute I went inside and 2weeks later we moved in. We were looking for a property that needed a complete refurbishment for our next venture. From the begging Frankie was on the case. Committed to finding the perfect property that fitted our needs. His customer service and proactive sales approach, was a refreshing change from my previous experiences with estate agents to say the least. I received a phone call from Frankie telling me he had the perfect property. He was not wrong. The property was ideal. Exactly what we were after. May i add, Frankie was always well revised when informing me about any property. 5 star for service and general loveliness! From the first contact I had with the branch I was looked after by Tommy, he was nothing but helpful when I viewed the first flat and very understanding that it was not for me due to my having a young baby. He then showed me a different flat which was much more suited. I went for this flat but unfortunately it was not to be through no fault of my own nor fault of William H Brown. Tommy was professional and efficient and went a step above to try to fix the situation. Despite all his hard efforts it was too late and I moved on to my current property with a different agent. HOWEVER this is NOT a reflection on the company as I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a lovely home and great customer service along with it.
